Farm Manager

Job Description : FARM MANAGER IRELAND Group Farm Operations Manager to take operational control of multiple farm locations across the Republic of Ireland. We are seeking individuals with strong backgrounds in agriculture and livestock management, and we're looking for the best talent from right across Europe to join this well-established and growing organisation. This role is critical to ensure the consistent supply of animals, as well as keeping quality and consistency high, and improving the overall performance of the farm business. This role will be a multi-site role, managing a handful of current Farm Managers, therefore the ideal candidate will be someone with either multi-site experience that is used to the complexities of this nature, or have experience of larger farms. Experience in beef, pork, lamb or poultry is fine, as this role is more so about business and operations management, ie budget meetings, veterinary meetings, farm safety walks, strategy, increasing animal production etc, as opposed to hands-on farming. The farms are located all over Ireland, so regular travel required as necessary, but this role is to be based out of their Head Office in central Ireland.
