Operations Manager

Job Description : Operations Manager BRAZIL Open to all Spanish speaking nationalities Oversee, drive, and improve manufacturing efficiencies and production for 4 plastic plants by establishing priorities and goals. Assess and execute technical solutions to continuously improve KPI's (P&L, Labor, Productivity, Bottom line) for all locations. Participate in significant projects and communication with current/potential customers; ensuring long-term relationships Oversee plant management - observing and coaching teams while assisting with any staffing, production, or operational issues. Continuously improve upon and develop SOP's ensuring each site is in compliance with ISO and manufacturing standards. Required skills, experience, or physicality Master's Degree (MBA) and Bachelor's degree in Engineering degree and 10-15 years of experience in plastic injection molding. Thorough experience with evaluating and measuring KPI's (responsible for P&L, Inventory, Sales, Productivity) Ability and willingness to travel to each site on an as needed basis.
