Job Description : Operations Manager for a leading Pharma Company KENYA Skills: • Graduate / Post Graduate • 8+ years of Operations Management experience • knowledge of Six Sigma tools and Lean techniques preferred Responsibilities: • Strategically plan and manage logistics, warehouse operations, inventory management. • Manage day-to-day operations of a large-scale warehouse and take accountability of delivering the daily performance targets. • Manage large teams of outsourced staff directly and indirectly. • Keep track of quality, quantity, stock levels, delivery times, transport costs and efficiency. • Arrange and plan out the warehouse, plan routes, and process shipments. • Resolve any issues impacting customer experience. • Meet cost, productivity, accuracy, and SLA targets.
