Operations Manager

Job Description : OPERATIONS MANAGER CHILE Operations Manager in the food sector specializing in grains and legumes, you will be the leader in charge of directing the key areas of Production, Supply Chain and Quality. With a focus on Operational Excellence, you will be responsible for leading a team of approximately 280 people, distributed over 2 floors. This position requires demonstrable experience in production processes, strong skills in Lean and Kaizen methodologies, as well as the ability to negotiate effectively with unions. The position is 100% in person, with travel. Main location - Santiago, Chile. Degree in Industrial Civil Engineering or similar. MBA desirable. Proven experience in leading Operations in the food industry, preferably with a focus on grain production processes. Proven experience in high standards of Operational Excellence. Advanced English; Portuguese desirable. Availability to travel as needed.
