Job Description : Country Head - Plant Management & Business Development (Business Head) Description: We seek a Business Head for the Automotive industry who can increase business in Gear & Transmission SBU. Should be experienced in developing strategies, roadmaps, goals, and operating KPIs to drive optimal manufacturing performance, including anticipation of and management of capital requests in conjunction with business needs, growth strategies, and product cost requirements. Candidate should have experience in Thailand or have done any projects in Thailand Location: Thailand Industry: Automotive Industry Experience: 15-20 Yrs. Qualification: Engineering Graduate in Mech. Engineer from a premium institute (e.i IIT, Regional Engineering College of Repute), an MBA would be an added advantage Salary: Upto 80 LPA
