Job Description : COUNTRY MANAGER CENTRAL AMERICA FOR PHARMA out of PERU 12+ years experience Role & responsibilities Experience in few or all Central America countries (Belize, costa Rica, EL Salvador, Guatemala, Honduras, Mexioco, Nicaragua, Panama) and Latam countries like Argentina, Guyana, Peru, Paraguay, Uruguay/Venezuela) The candidate should have extensive experience of sales and marketing in of pharmaceutical products inthe requisite markets. Experience in managing of product registration, renewals and plant registrations if worked in pharma export company Managing existing business and getting new business opportunities Budgeting and planning International tender execution Expertise of devising and implementing sales & marketing activities for accelerating business volumes and growth. Working closely with the distributors and monitor primary and secondary sales. Coordination with the Legal department for the agreements Active inter Department coordination for orders/dispatches etc. Market study for potential products, coordinating with RA team for Dossiers and other document requirements Negotiate new partnerships and business alliances, work closely with legal experts to write contracts for new business partners. Create business development strategies identify roadblocks and drive new business from conceptions through closure. Experience of launching/handling own teams in requisite markets. Preferred candidate profile Candidate should have been based in at least one of these markets for at least 2 years or more & ideally in more numbers of Central America and Latin Markets
