An experienced TA Manager is required, who will work in-house for an automotive organisation and will be responsible for overseeing end to end recruitment processes, implementing recruitment strategies and some HR/people management support. - Must have experience within a TA role in the Automotive Industry or experience of working with a start up/tech Company - Must have Talent Acquisition and/or agency background - Strong knowledge of transformation and/or strategy development - A good understanding of employment law - Will consider overseas candidate but must have GCC experience
