Job Description : CEO Leading FMCG Company Job Location- Rajkot, Gujarat Salary- One Crore + Education & Experience- BE / B. Tech + MBA having 20+ years of experience as CEO / COO / President / VP-Operations of any Food / Snacking / FMCG Company handling multiple manufacturing units. Job Objective+ R&R- We are looking for a dynamic, matured professional who has around 20+ years of experience of working as CEO / COO / President / VP-Operations for reputed "Food / Food processing / Snacking Company" having multiple manufacturing units. He will be responsible for smooth functioning of all units, growth of the company & will report directly to The MD. This role includes all day to day operations till P&L responsibility. Candidates having experience of handling Public Issues will be given preference. Selected candidate will be responsible for Production, Sales & Marketing, HR, IT, Supply Chain, Accounts / Finance, Legal Compliance, Security, Administration, New projects etc. He has to take care of everything for all the multiple manufacturing facility working as CEO. He has to drive the Company on a fast growth rate & multiply the turnover in next 5 years.
