Sales Head 

Job Description : SALES HEAD GCC A leading and reputable organization in the food industry is actively seeking a seasoned sales expert to spearhead their sales division. Your role : You will be at the helm of the Sales function, overseeing multiple countries and teams across diverse channels. This role is pivotal in driving the company's top line growth and market share expansion, across all channels, modern trade playing a significant part of your portfolio, followed by traditional trad, Horeca etc. You will be instrumental in shaping and executing the company’s sales strategy, including brand activation across various channels. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage the sales teams across different countries and channels. Develop strategies to enhance market share in modern trade and expand presence in the Horeca channel. Drive the brand activation strategy tailored to each sales channel. Establish and implement a capability agenda focused on purpose-led performance within the team. Formulate strategic sales and marketing plans, analyzing market sectors, competitor strategies, optimal routes to market, and positioning for both the company and its products. Recommend product positioning and pricing strategies to maximize long-term market share and profitability. Collaborate with the leadership team to develop a 5-year growth strategy and a Go-To-Market strategy aligned with the company's vision. What You Bring to the Table: Demonstrated leadership skills, with a track record of developing high-performing sales teams and setting high standards in the sales function. Strategic mindset, with experience in formulating and executing growth strategies. At least 15 years of high-quality sales experience in the food industry, with a specific focus on all channels, including experience in the GCC region. Proven accomplishments in modern trade and effective team management. Extensive experience in the food industry, particularly across the GCC.
