Job Description : Quality Manager/HOD for Printing industry KENYA Experience 12 yrs with Quality dept. only with Printing industry, Qualification - Diploma in Printing/B.Tech in Printing, Job Description 1. Good knowledge/Trained in of different audits BRC-IOP, FSC-COC & HACCP,IMF,Fedex and ISO 9001:2015, ISO14001:2015, OHAS - 18001:2007, sampling plan as per ISO. 2. Maintain and responsible for QA system in place. (Incoming inspections, In process Inspections & Final Inspections, conduct cross functional meeting about the Quality related issues and proposed action plan to close the issue. 3. Monitor online job in Process (Printing, Post Printing including Surface Finished, Corrugation, and Pasting) as per Customer Specification & Quality Standard 4. Root cause analysis of different investigation ,CAPA and complain reports (Customer/Client/ Supplier) 5. Control & maintain the process of organization through process audit, improvements via customer complains, process waste internal rejection 6. New RM Product Trial FILM/INK/BOARD/KRAFT/VARNISH/ADHESIVE /Carton) In Process and Prepare Trial Report and share the feedback with Management. 7. Handling entire quality process from RM to finished goods 8. Approve the quality of incoming materials (paper and board, inks, Adhesives, Lamination and foiling materials, corrugated sheets, Pallets and other consumables etc.
