Job Description P&L responsibility Develop and execute high quality strategies and plans, ensuring their alignment with short and long term objectives Ensure coordination and collaboration among all functions Direct annual operating plans Provide leadership to the manufacturing facility, be accountable for Production, Engineering, Quality, Operational Excellence, Supply Chain, Procurement & HSE and implement value adding changes to achieve synergy and efficiency across all functions in the organization Develop and implement manufacturing budget and plan, facilitate the allocation of resources to capitals and equipment as well as human resources to deliver target operational results Translate strategy into actionable goals for performance and growth helping to implement organization-wide goal setting, performance management and annual operation plan Monitor and drive performance against defined metrics including financial, manufacturing efficiency & productivity and quality Drive continuous improvement through LEAN / Kaizen principles The Successful Applicant The successful candidate is a visionary business leader with strong commercial acumen and a proven track record in driving results & efficiency in the manufacturing environment. It is important that this individual has an all rounded experience in operations, supply chain, commercial and financial acumen and must possess the requirements as below; Bachelor's Degree or Master's Degree in Engineering or relevant degree. Executive degree in Business Administration is a plus At least 20 years of experience in managing a fast paced FMCG (Food & Beverage) manufacturing environment with at least 3 years of experience as an Operations Director / COO / General Manager What's on Offer Competitive package will be offered to the right candidate
