Retail Manager

Job Description : RETAIL MANAGER QATAR FOR WATCHES one the largest multicompany groups in the Qatari market, who is looking to hire a dynamic Retail Manager to look after its Premium Watch Division across Qatar. This is a unique opportunity for a proactive and results driven individual to join a successful and established group and support the expansion plans across the Middle East region. The Retail Manager will report to an Operations Director and will oversee a large number of boutique locations in Qatar with focus to grow the division into the region. The main purpose of this role is to meet the business objectives, drive performance and maximize profitability of all the assigned stores. In addition, the Manager will also recruit, coach and motivate the in-store teams, as well as handle financial planning, forecasting, P&L and budgeting. This role will be involved in the buying and assortment planning for the stores across the division and will constantly seek and identify the right opportunities for marketing and expansion whilst also conducting regular competitor analysis, forecasting key market trends and preparing reports for the HQ. About you To be considered for this role, the successful candidate must have great knowledge of the Watches sector and should demonstrate experience managing multistore in a multi-cultural environment with a minimum of 8 years’ experience in a similar role.
