Job Description : SALES HEAD ZAMBIA Sector: Food Ingredients & Chemicals. 1. Selling the company's products including food ingredients (Preservatives, emulsifiers, stabilizers etc) & chemicals to various industries including Food & Beverages, detergents & others. 2. Developing an in-depth understanding of company products and their various applications. Business forecasting, planning & distribution. 3. Building and maintaining good business relationships with customers to encourage regular & increase in business. 6. Preparing & giving sales presentations to potential customers. 7. Researching competition and keeping abreast with Market Intelligence. 8. Preparing marketing strategies, leading promotional campaigns and creating awareness of company products in target industries. 9. Following up with regulatory bodies like ZEMA for Import Licenses. 1. B.Sc or Food Technologist 2. 10 yrs. years in a Business to Business environment in Food Ingredients (Preservatives, emulsifiers, stabilizers etc) & chemicals. 3. Proficient in Computers including Microsoft Office. 4. A valid Passport and a Driver's license (Indian / Zambian). 5. Strong negotiation skills, organizational skills & communication skills 6. Languages: Fluent in English & Gujarati / Hindi. Age group: Around 40 years
