Job Description : PRODUCTION PLANNING MANAGER DUBAI A significant presence in the FMCG industry is looking for a Production Planning Manager to join their growing team. Your Role: You will play a crucial role in optimizing production processes, ensuring efficiency, and maintaining optimal inventory levels to meet market demands. Develop, implement, and manage production planning strategies to meet production targets and customer demand. Drive performance KPIs and production costs to balance customer satisfaction and product costs. Expedite deliveries if needed, define emergency and improvement plans, monitor delivery dates, and quantities of production orders Oversee inventory levels to prevent shortages or excesses, ensuring alignment with sales forecasts and production capabilities. Also, Support procurement in supplier evaluation processes and participate in improvement projects related to planification and SAP. Must-Have: Proven experience in production planning within the food or dairy industry, with a minimum of 8+ years in a managerial role. Strong understanding of dairy production processes and supply chain dynamics. Solid experience within the S&OP platform and good knowledge in SAP and MS Office. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively across teams.
