Job Description : PHARMA SALES MANAGER NIGERIA Sales Manager-Formulations Division Work Location – Lagos &Nigeria Job Description : Would be Responsible for the operational and sales efficiency of the region (Nigeria or Ghana). Achieving sales budget and implementing marketing strategies of an organization. Oversee and direct the efforts of the in-country sales team. Providing competitive analysis/market intelligence, training, prospecting, lead generation, product and market development, pricing, promotions, communications and budgets, sales force effectiveness, strategic implementing, services units and revenue retention, and developing processes that drive sales and growth. Should be able to manage cross functional and cross-cultural team, Should be able to manage local Distributor & stake holder. Establish sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas for regions and territories & Implement sales programs by developing field sales action plans. The Successful Candidate: Required expertise and knowledge: - Knowledge or experience of Africa Business, Nigeria / Ghana experience would be an added advantage - Knowledge of B2C / Concept selling. -Should possess excellent managerial Skills- sales planning, key customer management problem-solving skills. Experience in handling Sales and Marketing of multiple Business Units
