General Manager I.T

Job Description : GM IT INDONESIA ( OPEN TO EXPATS) You will lead the strategy, oversee IT operations and drive digital transformation initiatives across all our business units. Develop and execute IT vision, strategy, and roadmaps aligned with business objectives Provide strategic direction for technology initiatives that enhance operational efficiency and drive growth across the organisation Lead and manage a talented team of IT professionals across multiple business units Foster a collaborative and innovative work culture, providing guidance, mentorship and professional development opportunities Oversee all aspects of IT operations, including infrastructure, systems, networks, cybersecurity, and data management. Ensure the reliability, security, and scalability of IT systems across the conglomerate group Drive digital transformation initiatives by identifying and implementing cutting-edge technologies to improve business processes, enhance customer experiences and optimise performance across various business verticals To succeed in this GM IT (Local Conglomerates) role, you must have a strong background in IT. Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Advanced degree or relevant certifications (e.g. CISSP, CISM, PMP) is a plus Proven experience (X years) in a senior leadership role within IT, preferably in a conglomerate or large enterprise setting Strong strategic planning and execution skills with a demonstrated ability to align technology initiatives with business goals Deep understanding of IT infrastructure, emerging technologies, cybersecurity, and data management best practices Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills Track record of successful digital transformation initiatives and managing complex IT projects
