Job Description : GM PHARMA INTERNATIONAL BUSINESS FOR MENA 15+ years experience 1. To be responsible for marketing, sales, and distribution in the international markets. 2. To act as a first point of contact of the company in MENA market and CIS market respectively 3. To generate business by maintaining good relations with current distributors & appointing new distributors for increasing business & sales. 4. Support existing distributors in commercialization, marketing, promotion, registrations. 5. Also responsible for Tender Business. 6. Exp. in international sales/marketing in pharma industry is must. 7. Should have working exposure to international markets mainly MENA. 8. Minimum experience of 10+ years in pharmaceutical sales/business development in international markets. 9. Generate sales opportunities through inbound lead follow ups and outbound cold calls and emails from all over the world. 10. Develop and cultivate strong buying relationships with clients and understanding customer needs and requirements. 11. Able to engage and interact effectively with leadership; understands how to read audience and customize approach accordingly. 12. Shall help in developing proposals/business case/presentations to the clients, pitching in for the expected result. 13. Create and update client database 14. Enhance organizations reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments 15. To generate and develop relationships with clients. Conduct market study and analysis for more business. Responsible for sales and marketing. 16. To follow up with RA for registration of the product To check for dossier according to market guidelines To keep track of export of shipments and timely delivery To develop and manage business distributor and agent network. 17. Fluency in any foreign language will be preferred. 18. Developing and executing comprehensive strategies to expand our international presence. 19. Overseeing the entire export process, ensuring compliance with regulations and quality standards. 20. Collaborating cross-functionally with various departments to align business objectives. 21. Monitoring industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities to capitalize on emerging opportunities. 22. Making Long term and Short-Term Goals for business development of Company. 23. Coordinating between Company management and his team members. 24. Making Business plans and strategies. 25. Review and Analysis of implementation of business plans and strategies. 26. Reviewing weekly, monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales of all countries. 27. Market review of new products and services 28. Attending weekly, monthly, quarterly, and yearly meetings of company 29. Keeping up to date about company products, services, and schemes 30. Monitoring activities, products, and services of competitors
