Job Description : FMCG SALES MANAGER DRC The position would be responsible for: 1. Responsible for achieving Primary Sales Targets & Focus Products Volume Targets 2. Devising operational plan for achieving Primary & Secondary Sales as per Targets set 3. Working with Distributor to ensure availability of products and execution of BTL activities 4. Training Distributors Sales force & achieving goal with help of them. 5. Distribution expansion by increasing Presence Salary: $2,000-$2,500 p.m. + Accommodation + Bachelor Status MBA having 10-12 yrs. years hardcore Sales & Distribution experience in FMCG companies. Africa Experience is MUST .
