Job Description : CEO for one of the most reputed company into Construction Industry Job Location - Riyadh, Riyadh, Saudi Arabia Salary - SAR.800,000 - SAR.900,000 + other benefits Skills: Civil Engineering, MMC Director Reports: Executive Directors of Board The role shall also prioritize coordination with all departments to ensure the full implementation of D&C innovations and initiatives in all asset design briefs, specifications and design cycles. Key Responsibilities: Develop departments strategy to establish and implement policies, standards and guidelines for Modern Methods of Construction (MMC), Digital and Green initiatives, and ensure their implementation across all of the clients departments. Focus on increasing local content in design, supply chain, project management and building / construction automation in the client, and by extension KSA, is at the forefront of cutting-edge technologies in those areas. Enable future, high-quality and technologically infused lifestyles through smart building solutions i.e. next-gen network, home IoT, robotics, to be integrated with smart infrastructure Develop and establish a technology enabled, virtual B2B Platform for all client material requirements across procurement, supply chain, logistics, PM services with emphasis on deployment of an E-procurement (Construction) platform. Enable growth of KSA's GDP through the clients drive of the D&C eco-system. Automate a substantial proportion of the Operations & Maintenance (O&M) activities for the client’s assets to reduce manhours, increase safety and reduce O&M costs. Capitalize on extensive knowledge and experience of global innovation in the latest construction materials technologies to drive the growth of sustainable and renewable building materials. In partnership with then client’s executive leadership, create an environment of collaboration to drive and accelerate the implementation initiatives across the organization. Adapt to changes in the work environment and manage competing demands on time, resources, and output quality. Initiate procedures, guidelines, and programs; develop and prioritize realistic action plans and goals. Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering or Construction Materials from an accredited university – Master's Degree (Building & Construction Materials) preferred. Professional registration and accreditation with Engineering and/or Building Materials Research Institute i.e. PE, MICE, MCIOB, BRI, BPI etc. Minimum 20 years' experience in a Client, Municipality, PMCM or Design Management role in relevant field of expertise, with minimum 10 years executive management experience in materials research and innovations. Excellent communication skills, with high standard of English (oral and written).
