Job Description : Head HR & OD This position is for a very reputed and large Group of companies mainly into FMCG manufacturing and marketing businesses in the East & West Africa. Age Group - 40-48 Years The person will be an MBA in Human Resources from a reputed Institute with relevant experience of 15-20 years in managing all aspects of HR specially OD and strategic HR Systems and Processes. The person will be responsible for managing HR and related functions for the Group. Expertise in Creating HR Policies and Procedures with strategic orientation and excellent communication skills are essential attributes. Good working knowledge of all related Computer applications.
