Job Description : Country Head Job location: Brazil Industry: oil & gas Salary: open Age limit: max 50 years Experience • Minimum 10 - 15 years in the oil and gas industry with relevant in the offshore industry • Experience of working in Brazil Offshore Industry with spectrum of Local and International clients in the Oil and Gas sector • Experience in the areas of construction, installation, maintenance and repair of steel structures on offshore platforms and FPSOs • Experience in the areas of inspection services, piping renewal and E&I repairs and upgrades • Understanding of detailed engineering design for the offshore fabrication and construction activities • Experience of handling a multidisciplinary project team for the maintenance and refurbishment projects offshore Qualification: • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, preferably Industrial /Mechanical /Structural Key Accountabilities: • Drive Profitable Business Growth through robust business development activities and ensuring steady order backlogs throughout the year • Implement business strategies, corporate policies, business objectives as approved by the Board/ CEO • Review current business model, strategy, plans and performance with the Board/ CEO • Develop Budgets and meet the business targets – financial and operational • Development of techno-commercial proposals • Ensuring Funding and Financing plan for the company is in place • Cash Focus – liquidity forecasts, collection on time and payment of obligations on time • Ensure highest HSSE standards and FCPA/UKBA compliance • Client Relationship Management - Ensure client satisfaction, retention and penetration • Develop new clients and new service lines • Be updated on – competition, clients, compliances and other external environment • Ensure all required memberships, associations, licenses, permits and insurances are obtained and maintained up to date. Ensure that operations conform to local, state and federal government regulations. • Implementation of audit programs. Lead continuous improvement activities for risk management programs and procedures. • Direct and guide the recruitment and selection of technical and non-technical employees • Developing and maintaining relations with all key stakeholders including Unions, local technical community, class agencies, other regulatory bodies and local businesses to acquire all necessary resources and services. • Develop and negotiate with vendors and service providers for all procurement needs • Recommend plans and budgets. Conduct activities in accordance with approval and achieve budget and business plan objectives. • Synthesize monthly, quarterly, and annual reports on progress and development
