Responsibilities: · Lead and oversee garment manufacturing operations in India ,Bangladesh , Jordan, Ethiopia ensuring adherence to global quality and efficiency standards. · Develop and implement strategic initiatives to optimize production processes, cost-effectiveness, and sustainability. · Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including supply chain, design, and quality control, to ensure seamless operations. · Cultivate a culture of innovation, employee development, and sustainable practices within the manufacturing teams. · Ensure compliance with local regulations, ethical standards, and company policies.
