Job Description : Finance Operations Manager ZANZIBAR TANZANIA Industry: Agriculture & Food Compensation: 30k-40k USD per annum Requirements, Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA preferred. 8+ years of experience in finance operations, preferably in the agricultural or CPG industry. Proficiency in financial software tools like QuickBooks and SAP. Strong experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis. Demonstrated ability in managing cross-functional projects and teams. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Experience in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment is a plus. Knowledge of financial regulations and compliance standards relevant to the agricultural sector.
