Facility Management Manager

Job Description : Manager - Facility Management/Maintenance || DRC (Congo Africa) a leading Indian Group with 5000 Indians working in their various group companies is seeking to hire for its Real Estate division: Position: Manager - Facility Management/Maintenance Location: Lubumbashi, DRC Salary: 1800-2000 USD plus Accommodation, Visa and Air Tickets. Must have overseas Facility Management Experience. Preferably Africa. Education: Bachelor’s degree in engineering. Experience: 10+ years’ experience in facilities management position. Relevant professional qualification (e.g. CFM) will be an advantage. Well-versed in technical/engineering operations and facilities management best practices. Roles & Responsibilities: a.Plan and coordinate all installations (telecommunications, heat, electricity etc.) and refurbishments. b.Manage the upkeep of equipment and supplies to meet health and safety standards. c.Inspect buildings’ structures to determine the need for repairs or renovations. d.Ensure compliance with all safety and security protocols.
