Job Location: Nigeria Accommodation: Gated Community accommodation will be provided by the company Qualification: MBA - HR · Implementation of companys compensation of the policy, structures and strategies. · Review of compensation structure, polices, procedures and strategies of the company · Preparation of budget, reports etc. · Manage salary revisions and increments · Manage payroll · Periodic analysis of salaries and allowances, job classification and cost analysis · Carry out market research, analysis of market trends, analysis of company compensation structure. · Recommend compensation strategies. · Position will report in to: Head HR
