Group Accountant

Job Description : GROUP ACCOUNTANT UK This role is open to all suitably qualified nationalities worldwide Reporting directly into the Group Controller, who will act as a great mentor and working alongside a team of highly competent qualified Accountants, your responsibilities will include: - Producing the financial statements, including the liaising with external auditors/ regulators. - Produce periodic group consolidated accounts, giving you exposure to multiple aspects of the group. - VAT reporting and tax planning. - Being a champion in technical compliance. - Balance sheet reporting. - Working with senior management on annual budget process and forecasting, ultimately responsible for the final consolidation. The successful candidate will be a fully qualified chartered accountant (ACA or equivalent) that is has a strong technical grounding in complex group. With the role well balanced between reporting and analysis, you must have both a strong understanding of reporting standards and have a naturally inquisitive, analytical mind. The ideal candidate will be a strong influencer and communicator.
