Job Description : IT PROJECT MANAGER LISBON PORTUGAL ( Open to candidates worldwide) 1. Solution Proposals: - Propose computer solutions aligned with the organization's activities and objectives. - Evaluate and recommend technology options to meet project requirements. 2. Project Management: - Develop, plan, structure, implement, and monitor project management processes. - Map tasks essential for project completion and ensure adherence to timelines. - Coordinate and lead the project team to achieve established goals. - Use project management tools for optimal results. 3. Meetings and Communication: - Conduct regular project management meetings to ensure effective communication. - Facilitate collaboration and coordination among team members. 4. Resource Optimization: - Optimize resources to maximize efficiency and productivity. - Ensure the allocation of resources aligns with project priorities. 5. Budget Management: - Evaluate and define budgets for each project. - Monitor project expenditures to ensure financial objectives are met. 6. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs): - Manage and present defined KPIs to the management team. - Implement strategies for continuous improvement based on KPI analysis. 1. Education and Experience: - Bachelor's degree in computer engineering or a relevant equivalent. - Proven experience as a project implementation manager. 2. Skills and Qualities: - Analytical, organizational, dynamic, persistent, and achievement-oriented. - Strong team management and communication skills. - Experience in Infrastructure and Computer Network Management is highly valued. - Knowledge in Cyber ??Security is an additional asset. - Familiarity with SAP and Primavera is advantageous. 3.
