Chief Financial Officer

Job Description : CFO NETHERLANDS ( open to candidates worldwide) For a leading company based in the Port of Ro Establish a high performing finance team. Develop and implement financial strategies to support growth and profitability. Collaborate with the Management Team of the BU and Group Finance to align financial strategies with overall business objectives. Implement and maintain IFRS standards for financial reporting. Implement a new ERP system Optimize financial processes and internal controls. Develop and oversee all financial functions including budgeting, forecasting, financial planning, accounting, and reporting. Manage and analyze financial data. Prepare timely and accurate internal and external financial reports. Completed Bachelor/Academic degree in Business Economics or Accountancy. At least 10 years' experience in a senior financial leadership role, ideally within an international context in the port, logistics, transport or maritime sector. Excellent strategic planning and problem-solving skills. Ability to communicate complex financial information effectively to diverse stakeholders. Proactive, results-driven professional with an energetic disposition. Real team player with a healthy dose of entrepreneurial spirit. Fluent in both Dutch and English.
