Chief Financial Officer

Job Description : CFO BERLIN GERMANY This role is open to candidates worldwide • Implementation of standards, guidelines, reporting, systems, processes and methods for efficient corporate management • Responsibility for the preparation of the annual financial statements in accordance with the German Commercial Code (HGB), including financial statements, analytics, KPIs, etc. Ensuring compliance with tax regulations • Monitoring and optimization of fixed and variable ones Company costs • Management of the implementation of the business plan with constant consideration of market and company developments • Active participation in the design of processes and assurance of quality for efficient work processes • Strategic financial and liquidity planning, controlling and budget management • Regular financial reporting to the board of directors and disclosure of the company's financial situation • Ensuring cost-effectiveness and efficiency through targeted measures for process optimization and quality assurance • Main contact for financial institutions, auditors, stakeholders and tax consultants • Management of employees and colleagues from the Finance/Controlling & Legal department, as well as review of work content • Ensuring compliance in finance • Successfully completed studies in business administration, business law or a comparable qualification. • Several years of relevant professional experience in the financial and legal sector • Several years of experience in a similar role and function • In-depth knowledge of German commercial and tax law. • Proactive, solution-oriented way of working and strong leadership skills. • Team player mentality and excellent communication skills. • Experience in a service-oriented industry • Very good knowledge of German and English
