Job Description : GM NIGERIA A fast-growing leading Indian Group in Nigeria for Aluminum & Steel utensils, Manufacturing of Aluminum ingots / Bars / Circles etc. Job description: 1. GM/Plant Head will be the head of the Plant and responsible for Maximize production and minimize factory operational problems to improve plant efficiency. 2. Team leader, day to day factory operations including labour, cost control, inventory control & customer satisfaction. 3. Supervision of Preventive maintenance of Machines, Utilities, Tool Room and supporting equipments. 4. Controlling Production of furnace output, Circles, Press Machines, Polishing, Buffing, Fitting of accessories and Packing. 5. Man power utilization and handling Man power, Reduction in terms of man days. 6. Material management ensure timely availability of Raw Material, Accessories and packing material. 7. Reduction in production cost, raw materials cost and power consumption. 8. Target achievement of Production and dispatches. CANDIDATE PROFILE: B.E / B. Tech with 15-20 years shop floor experience of production and maintenance. Hand on experience of Production of Aluminium and Steel Utensil Machines, Press Shop Machines, Tool Room Machines and utility Machines. Production of Aluminium & Steel wares, home products, especially Pots, nonstick pots, Kettles. Leadership quality, analytical approach, Sincere, honest, hardworking and result oriented.
