Job Description : Chief Executive Officer - Tobacco FMCG Industry: based in Europe are looking for a CEO for their ECO alternative initiatives to lead an $800M P&L across Europe. A new wave thinker who has been working on development and initiatives for the Tobacco industry is needed to lead and take this new project to new heights. A European profile is needed for this profile who has led a $500M + business and a track record of building new ventures and new innovations. A seasoned resillient leader who has travelled and witness cultures and trends, who can work with product, innovation, marketing and communications to disrupt the markets. 8 direct reports, FTE 700 leading 16 countries. *This is not a step up role or an aspirational hire. This role is critical for the growth of the group. Salary €400,000 + 50% Bonus + LTIP + Stock Options
