Job Description : Retail Operations Manager Location: Amman, Jordan Type: Full-time Responsibilities: 1. Manage and lead a team of retail staff, providing guidance and support. 2. Ensure effective implementation of company policies and procedures. 3. Optimize store operations to enhance efficiency and productivity. 4. Monitor inventory levels and collaborate with relevant departments to maintain optimal stock levels. 5. Analyze sales data and trends to identify opportunities for growth. 6. Develop and execute strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty. 7. Collaborate with the marketing team to implement promotions and initiatives. 8. Handle customer concerns and provide solutions to ensure a positive shopping experience. 9. Foster a positive work environment and conduct regular performance reviews. Qualifications: 1. Proven experience as a Retail Operations Manager or in a similar role. 2. Strong leadership and interpersonal skills. 3. Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities. 4. Analytical mindset with the ability to make data-driven decisions. 5. Knowledge of retail industry trends and best practices. 6. Effective communication skills, both written and verbal. 7.
