Financial Controller 

Job Description : FC DRC Finance Controller for Congo Africa a leading Indian Group is looking for their Power and EPC division Manufacturing and EPC background and Energy Division Functional Area : Accounts, Finance, Fund Raising, Taxation and Audit Language (Mandatory) : English (Read, Write, Speak) Education (Mandatory) : CA, ICWAI, CMA, CPA, CFA Salary Range : USD4000 - 5000 + $300 Local Allowance(Days present in DRC) Summary Prior experience of being a CFO/Finance Head. Requirements to succeed: Requires in-depth knowledge of financial terms and principles and ability to do budgeting, Cash Flows and financial planning, Preparing or guiding for drafting and finalizing BOQ project wise. Together with the GM-Ops and the business unit leaders - develop and recommend to the Board an annual operating plan and financial budget that support the Group's long term strategy and medium to short term operating plan for the strategy. High level of analytical and quantitative skills with proven experience in developing strategic solutions for a growing matrix - based multi -industry sales environment High level of analytical and quantitative skills with proven experience in developing strategic solutions for a growing matrix - based multi -industry sales environment (Product Design with Cost Effective) Ability to make effective and persuasive presentations on complex topics to employees, clients and Management Ability to motivate and negotiate effectively with key employees and client groups to take desired action Key responsibilities: Group Reporting Basic understanding of Taxation. Financial analysis of all new projects. Fund raising from financial institution local as well as international Creating, coordinating, and evaluating the financial controls and supporting information systems of the Group. Developing appropriate key performance indicators to monitor and drive the financial performance of the Group and the operating business units. Ensuring proper training of all personnel working on financial matters. Overseeing and monitoring effective tax strategies for the Company Develop & maintain healthy bank relationships. MIS preparation, Analysis and Variance Analysis. Direct all phases of project management including procurement/contracting, initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, controlling and closeout phases of the project. Key focus areas include scope, budget, schedule, quality and risk management. Overall Project delivery responsibility in Term of Finance Expert in BOQ Management and Work Process Flow Chart in terms of Finance Having experience for long term funding for energy solutions /manufacturing/ EPC companies. Having knowledge of land monetization with banks / institutions.
