Job Description : FMCG MANAGER DUBAI UAE We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced FMCG Manager with a strong technical background, particularly within the Food and Beverage (F&B) Value Chain The ideal candidate will have expertise in the upstream, midstream, and downstream functions of the F&B Value Chain, with a specific focus on dry food items such as grains and wheat. Up-stream Function (20%) Utilize expertise in food production, specializing in dry food items such as grains and wheat. Oversee and manage the upstream processes within the F&B Value Chain. Mid-stream Function (20%) Supervise and manage the mid-stream processes related to the processing of dry food items, including grains and wheat. Ensure efficient and effective processing of raw materials to meet quality standards. Downstream Function (60%) Leverage a strong technical and commercial background to manage and execute downstream functions within the F&B Value Chain. Commercialize upstream production facilities belonging to the Group. Match market needs with the consumer demand for food items processed by the manufacturing facilities within the Group. Act as an enabler for the sales teams, supporting them in exploring new business opportunities to increase sales volume. Identify potential market sales channels, analyze competition, and propose effective sales strategy plans for expansion and development to achieve targeted Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; advanced degree preferred. Proven experience in the upstream, midstream, and downstream functions of the F&B Value Chain. Technical expertise in food production, with a focus on dry food items. Strong commercial acumen and business development skills. Excellent understanding of market dynamics and consumer behaviour in the FMCG sector. Proven track record of successfully commercializing production facilities and increasing sales volume. Ability to analyze competition, identify market trends, and develop effective sales strategies. Excellent leadership and team management skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Effective communication and negotiation skills. Results-oriented with a focus on achieving KPIs. Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
