Job Description : Director of F&B Location: Maldives Package: $4,000 - $5,000 per month, plus package. lookout for an incredible DOFB to join one of their 5* multi award winning properties. Ideally, we're looking for someone who comes from a strong remote/island resort background already, and candidates must posses a WSET Level 3 certification. A strong sommelier background will definitely be preferred too. Job Summary: Under the over-all guidance of the General Manager, oversees and directs all aspects of Food & Beverage Operation. Responsible for the management of all aspects and functions of the food and beverage operation in accordance with resort standards. Directs implements and maintains a service and management philosophy, which serves as a guide to respective staff. Provides support, training, direction, focus, helps staff members have continuous success. Develop understanding of food and beverage service processes.
