Job Description : Country Head - Plant Management & Business Development (Automotive Industry) THAILAND Responsibilities: - Drive business growth in the Gear & Transmission SBU - Develop effective strategies, roadmaps, and goals - Optimize manufacturing performance and anticipate capital needs - Ensure alignment with growth strategies and cost requirements Requirements: - 15-20 years of experience in the Automotive industry - Engineering Graduate in Mechanical Engineering from a prestigious institute (e.g., IIT, Regional Engineering College) - MBA degree is an added advantage - Prior experience in Thailand or involvement in Thai projects preferred Salary: Up to 80 LPA
