Job Description : PLANNING AND PROCUREMENT MANAGER DUBAI Our Planning & Procurement Manager will be a supply chain and logistics expert who specializes in implementing raw material planning and cost-effective purchasing of all goods and services required by the company. This role's primary responsibilities will include ensuring quality control and adherence to the companys policies and procedures on supply chain management. Demonstrate knowledge of sourcing and procurement techniques. Develop production and raw material plans, ensuring each OPCO has adequate raw materials for uninterrupted production. Familiarity with cigarette production raw materials and their technical specifications is essential. Show an aptitude for decision-making and numerical tasks. Collect and analyse data regularly. Maintain a thorough understanding of international import and export procedures. Stay updated on changes in international trade, and advise the company on import and export restrictions, tariff systems, etc. Prepare necessary import documentation, such as certificates of origin and cargo control documents. Analyse and control raw materials wastage, providing recommendations for improvement. • Calculate and process duties and taxes. A bachelors degree in Logistics & Supply Chain or any other relevant qualification. Minimum of 10 years experience in the FMCG sector. English proficiency is essential. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is required. Strong negotiation and networking skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
