Job Description : Group IT Manager Location :- Kinshasha , Congo Criteria :- French Speaking Candidate / Hands on Experience in SAP / Oracle Qualification :- Bachelor Degree in Computer Science CTC :- US$3,000 - 5,000/- pm in Hand + Expat Benefits Detailed Job Description:- Group IT Manager – Minimum 10 years’ experience Role Description This is a full-time on-site role located in Kinshasa, Democratic Republic of the Congo for a Senior Information Technology Manager. The Senior Information Technology Manager will be responsible for overseeing the overall management of the company's IT systems and infrastructure, providing strategic direction for IT operations, and leading a team of IT professionals. The successful candidate will work closely with senior management to develop and implement IT strategies and policies that align with business objectives, and ensure the security and reliability of the company's IT systems. Qualifications Proven experience as a Senior IT Manager or similar position with at least 7+ years of experience in managerial capacity in diversified Industries e.g. Construction, Real estate, Retail, Mining, Ticketing, F&B. Strong communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills with the ability to forge strong relationships with senior executives and key stakeholders. Thorough understanding of IT infrastructure and operations, including network, server, cloud and data center management, IT security, and technical support. Excellent knowledge of IT systems, policies, and procedures, with the ability to create and implement IT policies and procedures to ensure that they align with the company's objectives. Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field. Proven leadership, project management, and organizational skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and implement creative solutions. A highly motivated and dynamic individual with outstanding communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Hands on SAP / Oracle.
