Job Description : PRODUCTION MANAGER ADRC Education Qualification: Any Engg. Exp.: 18+years in Plastic Industry Job Profile Candidate having a good knowledge of production, planning & handling over all plant of Raffia / Woven Bags. Discuss with Factory Manager about plans after SOP meeting Understand production requirements in all divisions and assist with Manpower allocations. Conduct monthly BOM reviews for accuracy and perform weekly stock takes within all the WIP warehouses to ensure a complete Mass Balance. OEE Performance Monitoring Assist with ensuring all Manufacturing Expenses are in line with Budget. Assist with developing WIP standards for each Division. Effective management of Manpower. Effective management of Waste Assist with the developing of Divisional Skills Matrix. Assist with developing a site Competency Skills Matrix. Assist with cross training between Divisions/Departments. Assist with developing site standards for all Internal and External facilities 5S Monitoring. Tool Box 5S monitoring Representative for your responsible Manufacturing Divisions regarding all Kaizen activities. Assist with Developing a Divisional Audit sheet regarding Kaizen compliance. You will from time to time be allocated Business improvement tasks that will support value adding initiatives. Projects and timeframes will be agreed upon by all parties before commencement.
