Job Description : CEO for Welspun Captive GCC (Shared Services). We require a dynamic leader capable of managing a team of approximately 500 employees in the GCC, overseeing various verticals such as Finance, Tax, HR, Procurement, MDM, Merchandising, and Secretarial practices. The ideal candidate should be adept at handling global operations, including the USA and UK. We are looking for an individual from the GCC background with 15 to 20 years of experience, possessing strong stakeholder management skills, a customer-centric mindset, and the ability to operate the GCC as a profit center. The candidate should be proficient in driving technology, process improvement, and adding value to the business.
