If you have 10+ years of experience and are passionate about ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the production department, Position: Shift In Charge – Mechanical (Manufacturing) Key Responsibilities: Oversee and manage the production department during the assigned shift. Ensure the efficient and timely production of goods according to quality standards. Coordinate with the team to resolve mechanical issues and maintain equipment. Implement and enforce safety protocols to create a secure working environment. Collaborate with other departments to optimize production processes. Qualifications and Skills: 5-9 years of experience in a manufacturing environment. Mechanical background with expertise in production line operations. Strong leadership and communication skills. Ability to troubleshoot and resolve mechanical issues. Knowledge of safety regulations and protocols. Team player with a focus on achieving production targets.
