Job Description : BEVERAGE PRODUCTION MANAGER ZAMBIA Production Manager Industry : Beverage Industry ???? Key Responsibilities: Plan and organize production schedules. Formulate technical procedures for mechanical maintenance. Implement international standards (HACCP, FFSC 22001, ISO 9001, ISO 140001). Ensure food safety principles throughout the entire food chain. Analyze daily production reports for efficiency and productivity. Investigate plant incidents and recommend preventive or corrective measures. ? Key Qualifications & Requirements: Bachelor of Science or Technology (Masters is a plus). Minimum 10 years of experience in the Beverage industry. Experience in operations and maintenance of various equipment.
