Job Description : PURCHASE MANAGER DRC Real estate/ Construction company expereince is mandatory Procurement planning (Actual Vs Budget) Responsible for all procurement end to end process for allotted projects Track advance payment Receive quotation from suppliers for comparison purpose Prepare and maintain purchasing reports, records and updated price lists Closely coordination with site engineers/PM for smoothly & timely procurement process & delivery of materials at site Resolve vendor or contractor grievances and claims against suppliers Direct and coordinate activities of personnel engaged in buying, selling and distributing materials, equipment, machinery and supplies New vendor development with vendor valuation manage operations involving resource planning, materials planning, in-process inspection, team building and co-ordination with the internal departments Required skills: 10 years of experience. Good analytical, communication and negotiation skills and able to work independently Time Management Materials Management Vendor Development Team management
