Financial Strategy: Develop and execute financial strategies aligned with company objectives. Financial Planning & Analysis: Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis. Team Leadership: Lead and mentor the finance team, ensuring efficiency and performance. Cost Management: Collaborate with operational teams to streamline costs and enhance profitability. Experience: 20 years of proven experience as a CFO or in a similar leadership role within the HVAC or related industry.
