Job Description : PLANT HEAD INDONESIA FOR PET BOTTLE RECYCLING PLANT The incumbent will be responsible for managing recyclying operations and will include Manufacturing function, management reporting, financial planning, budgeting, business restructuring & integration, setting up systems & processes implementation and their enhancements, design and implement internal controls, and other support activities for the business. Responsibilities 1. Monitor, Review and present performance reports to Management for Operations on Monthly basis. 2. Due diligence for investment or expansion of footprint. 3. Formulating business plans / strategies for maximizing profitability & revenue generation. 4. Plan and perform risk management and timely risk mitigation actions. 5. Determine and manage various section wise KPIs. 6. Supervise EHS activities and initiatives and compliance with corporate guidelines. 7. Interaction with Internal and External Stakeholders viz. Investors, Bankers, Auditors, Consultants, Directors, etc 8. Integrate operations with respect to associated functions (Manufacturing, Accounts, procurement, stores, logistics etc). 9. Ensuring timely assessment and filing and ensure compliances of the law of the land. 10. Design & implementation of systems and processes, policies & procedures to ensure internal controls. 11. Implementation of ERP and other business tools. 12. Build, Acquire or Expand analysis for Recycling projects. Preferred candidate profile Engineering Graduate with 20 years plus experience in managing a Recycling Plant.
