Senior Vice President Operations

Job Description : SVP of Operations Location: Houston, TX USA (Relo Possible) Reports to: CEO Position Description: Company is seeking an accomplished and experienced telecommunications operations leader to fill the role of SVP of Operations. We are a private-equity backed fiber broadband start-up with ambitious plans to scale and expand its FTTH, SMB and MDU business lines across multiple regions. The SVP of Operations will be joining an executive team that brings decades of fiber broadband, infrastructure and technology experience with a proven track record of building and growing highly-successful businesses. The ideal SVP of Operations candidate should be a highly-organized and hands-on project management and fiber operations technical expert and people leader with a proven track record of thriving in a dynamic, fast-growth environment. Starting Day 1, the role will involve standing up the PMO and operations organizations, as well as multiple internal processes from scratch, initially with a minimal team underneath to support. This is a true leadership role with broad management opportunities.
