This organisation is currently looking for an experienced and dynamic Director of Infrastructure Design Review with a minimum of 20 years of proven expertise in leading and overseeing design review infrastructure projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in infrastructure civil engineering and a track record of successfully managing multi-billion-dollar programs within the Middle East. Responsibilities: Lead and oversee the infrastructure design review process for our projects. Provide strategic direction and technical leadership to the design review team. Collaborate with internal teams, external consultants, and stakeholders to ensure design compliance with project requirements and standards. Utilise your extensive experience to identify potential risks and propose effective solutions during the design phase. Ensure that design elements align with the project's goals, budget, and schedule. Actively participate in project meetings and contribute to decision-making processes. Mentor and guide junior team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development. Qualifications: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field. A minimum of 20 years of experience in civil engineering, with a focus on infrastructure design review projects. Proven experience working on multi-billion-dollar programs within the Middle East. Currently holding a Director-level position overseeing projects in a Project Management Consultancy (PMC) or consultancy firm. Strong leadership skills with the ability to make critical decisions and provide effective guidance. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with diverse teams.
