Job Description : Director Comps & Benefits - Food Manufacturing: The Role based either Jeddah or Dubai is to lead a major food manufacturing business (New product venture). Leading a business with €530M turnover, 400 FTE across GCC, North Africa, Europe and Turkey. Salary AED 55,000 -60,000 Schooling X 2 Children Family Medical Bonus 15% of base salary The profile: A structured comps & Bens Head/Director who has exposure of working with MNC and PE start up organisations. A strong minded opinionated, analytical thinker who can challenge the status quo. Experience of GCC, North Africa and European benchmarking, salary structures. A leader who has designed comps structures and performance based bonus structures and LTIP/RSU offerings. This role will report to the Group HR Director.
