Job Description : VP FP & A THAILAND The Vice President of FP&A will play a critical role in leading the finance function for the group. The successful candidate will be responsible for spearheading the financial planning and analysis efforts, driving strategic decision-making, and ensuring the financial health and success of our organisation. Additionally, this role will involve actively leading and managing change, as we transition our business towards innovative food-related ventures. Financial Planning and Analysis: Develop and implement financial planning processes, including budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial modelling. Monitor key financial metrics and provide regular reporting, analysis, and insights to senior management. Conduct variance analysis, identify trends, and recommend necessary actions to optimise financial performance. Strategic Decision-making: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide financial insights and support for strategic initiatives, including expansion into innovative food-related businesses. Evaluate investment opportunities, perform due diligence, and provide recommendations to senior management. Change Leadership and Transformation: Lead the transformation of the finance function, driving efficiency and effectiveness through process improvements and automation. Develop and implement best practices, policies, and procedures to enhance financial management within the organisation. Act as a change agent, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the finance team. Financial Risk Management: Identify financial risks and develop risk mitigation strategies to safeguard the organisation financial stability. Monitor and assess market trends, regulatory changes, and economic indicators that may impact the business. Stakeholder Management: Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including senior management, business unit leaders, and operational teams. Provide financial insights, reports, and recommendations to support decision-making at all levels of the organisation. Collaborate with external partners, including auditors, banks, and financial institutions, to ensure compliance and optimise financial partnerships. As part of the growth strategy, the group is looking to expand our operations into innovative food-related businesses. To support this transformation, we are seeking an experienced and dynamic Vice President of FP&A who will act as a mini Chief Financial Officer (CFO) for our business. Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field. MBA or CFA qualification is preferred Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in financial planning and analysis, preferably in a leadership role Strong knowledge of financial management principles, budgeting, forecasting, and financial modelling Experience in leading change and transformation initiatives within the finance function Proven ability to drive strategic decision-making and support business growth Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills Strong leadership and team management abilities Exceptional communication and presentation skills
