IT Director

Job Description : IT DIRECTOR THAILAND ( OPEN TO EXPATS) In this role, you will will play a key role in aligning IT initiatives with business objectives, ensuring the effective execution of ERP projects, and overseeing the organisation's overall IT infrastructure and security. Formulate and execute the IT strategy, emphasising ERP implementation Ensure alignment of IT initiatives with organisational business objectives Lead the planning, execution, and deployment of ERP systems Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables Analyse existing business systems, workflows, and processes Propose and implement IT solutions, including ERP customisation and integration. Oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of the organisation's IT infrastructure Establish and maintain IT policies, procedures, and documentation related to ERP and operations Implement and enforce IT security policies, ensuring compliance with data protection regulations Manage and coordinate IT projects, with a particular focus on ERP implementation Monitor project timelines, budgets, and deliverables Work closely with ERP vendors and external partners Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts Develop and maintain business continuity and disaster recovery plans Provide technical support and issue resolution to end-users Stay up-to-date with emerging IT technologies, trends, and best practices Manage and mentor the IT team, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align IT initiatives with business goals Proven experience as an IT Director or in a similar leadership role Strong understanding of ERP systems, IT infrastructure, and security Excellent project management and vendor management skills In-depth knowledge of business continuity and disaster recovery planning Leadership and team management experience Strong communication and collaboration skills
